It is a beautiful Sunday morning guys! everyone should get up and get going! I am heading out to bike. When going Biking or any other outdoor sport remember SUN BLOCK SUN BLOCK SUN BLOCK!!! Skin is extremely sensitive and when you go out in the sun it gets damaged!  Most foundations will have an SPF which is great but put on other sunblock as well! The spray cans are the best invention ever! Less grease and less time spent but make sure u do rub it in just in case you missed  a spot! SO everyone get out and be Active!!!! Staying fit is awesome! (although incredibly difficult! but YOU CAN DO IT!)
